Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This policy covers the Clickflip browser extension and the Flipshi website (flipshi.com).
Clickflip (browser extension)
Clickflip does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It runs entirely on your device.
- Each coin flip is decided locally using your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. No outcome, click, or page content is sent anywhere.
- The only data it stores is a single on/off preference (whether the extension is enabled), saved on your device via the browser’s local extension storage. It is never transmitted.
- The extension needs access to the pages you use it on so it can detect a shift-click, show the coin, and — on heads — let that click proceed. It does not read, record, or transmit the content of those pages.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party data sharing.
Flipshi (website)
When you bank a streak on flipshi.com, the display name, optional social handle, and score you choose to submit are stored to show the public leaderboard. A random, anonymous player ID is kept in a cookie so your streak persists on your device; it isn’t tied to any personal identity. Bot-protection (Vercel BotID) is used on game actions to prevent abuse.
